Regular CD`s
Are sent free of charge in the UK provided you have signed the MCPS code of conduct and quote your P/--- reference number when ordering. You also agree to return all our CD`s to us at your own expense if you have not used any of our tracks after five years for any reason, including ceasing to trade

Select CD`s
If you would like us to compile you a SELECT CD of your chosen tracks you agree to pay a dubbing fee of £5.00 per track with a minimum charge of £50 plus 17.5% VAT in the UK.

The above dubbing charges do not include the cost of actually licensing any music from our catalogue for use on a production.

A valid licence must be obtained and the relevant fees paid before your production is exploited in any way.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of OFF THE SHELF MUSIC you are also agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (MCPS). Agreeing to the MCPS Code of Conduct in the Terms and Conditions means you agree to report any music that you use and pay the relevant licence fee. The MCPS licenses and collects royalties on behalf of OFF THE SHELF MUSIC in the UK. A fixed rate card that is available from the MCPS covers the cost of licensing any music in our catalogue.

If you are outside the UK you should complete the OTSM LICENCE APPLICATION which is available on this web site.
We will notify you of the cost of your licence and then seek confirmation that you wish to proceed before issuing an invoice. Payment must be received before the licence can be issued.

Public performance, broadcast and cable transmission of the production or recording may only be made with the additional licence of the PERFORMING RIGHT SOCIETY (PRS) and appointed world wide agents.www.prs.co.uk
